Andrew Manyika is a world class poet and comedian from Zimbabwe. ​ Nominated for the 2020 Outstanding Comedian NAMA award, his deft touch with pen and voice has made him a stand-out act in his country and continent, where he was featured at several top-tier festivals including Poetry Africa (2017); HIFA (2014); and Time of the Writer (2021). ​ Armed with his unique combination of poetry and comedy, Andrew set out on his maiden American tour in 2017, becoming the first Zimbabwean to perform at the Bridgewater International Poetry Festival, The Golden Pony and The Backdoor Comedy Club. ​ In 2019, he released his poetry chapbook "Man of Letters" and in 2021, debuted his movie review web series "Andy Takes On..." on YouTube. ​ Andrew's belief in the power of storytelling to connect and entertain people drives him to create more memorable experiences for lovers of the written word and the live performance.
